Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AICrewKit platform at app.aicrewkit.com provided by AICrewKit B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands (“AICrewKit”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.

AICrewKit is an AI-augmented CRM and operations platform — pipelines, contacts, projects, tasks, meetings, timesheets, and optional integrations with mail and calendar providers. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity in your workspace and your team’s use.
• You must have the rights and any necessary consents for the data you put into, or connect to, the platform.

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights using the service.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or other tenants’ data.
• Upload malware or use the service to send spam or unlawful content.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties except as permitted in writing.

When you connect Google, Microsoft 365, or other third-party services, you authorise AICrewKit to access data from those services according to the scopes you grant. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and your use of data received through Google APIs is also subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy. You can disconnect an integration at any time from Settings → Integrations. How we handle integration data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain all rights to the data you submit or connect (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the service. We own the platform, software, and brand. You may export your data at any time and we delete it on request or workspace deletion, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed per the pricing presented at sign-up or in your plan settings. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Where self-service billing is not yet available, plan changes are handled by our team on request. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable for the period already started.

We work to keep the service available and secure but provide it on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis. Planned maintenance and support channels are described on our contact page.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI-generated output may be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or acting on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICrewKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with the law. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
